Ingredients
- Quaker instant oats - 1 cup
- Semolina - 2 tbsp
- Curd - 1 cup
- Red, Yellow and Green capsicum
- Diced Onions
- Frozen corn kernels
- Chilli sauce
- Mozarella Cheese
- Chilli flakes
- Oregano
- Salt
- Butter
Procedure
1. Grind Instant Oats add semolina, curd, salt and mix it well
2. Mix all the veges in a bowl and add salt, chilli flakes, Oregano.
3. Heat the pan, grease it with butter pour a spoonful of oats batter and spread it on the pan.
4. Let it cook on low flame for 5 mins.
5. Flip it and spread pizza sauce on it.
6. Spread thin layer of mozarella cheese and all the veges mixture evenly on the pizza.
7. Cover the pan with lid and let cook for about 5-7 mins on low flame.
8. Serve it hot to relish.
