Ingredients
Oat milk is a lactose-free alternative and very easy to make!
- 1/4 cup oats
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Procedure
1. Blend everything together.
2. Strain with a muslin cloth.
3. Store in a jar to chill in the fridge.
