Iced Oat Milk Matcha Latte

Iced Oat Milk Matcha Latte
Ingredients

- 1 cup Quaker Quick Cook Oatmeal

- 800 ml of cold water

- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

- 3g matcha powder (for drinking)

- 60ml of hot water

- 80ml light whipping cream (optional)

Procedure

1. Using a blender, blend the Quaker Quick Cook Oatmeal and cold water at high speed for 45 seconds

2. Sieve the mixture through a nut milk bag or mesh sieve

3. Add the vanilla extract to the oat milk, mix well and set aside

4. Put the matcha powder into a small bowl, add the hot water slowly and whisk until slightly frothy, about 1 to 2 minutes

5. Into a small cup with ice cubes, pour around 250ml of the oat milk and thereafter add the whisked matcha

6. (Optional) Using a whisk, whip the light whipping cream until thick and add a thin layer of the whipped cream on top

7. Garnish with oatmeal and matcha powder and enjoy!
