Indonesian Style Oats Rojak

Ingredients
Rojak sauce:
- 1 tbsp Quaker Oats
- 4 chili padi
- 2 tbsp roasted peanuts
- 2 tbsp gula melaka
- 1 tsp roasted belacan
- 2 tbsp asam jawa
- 2 bananas
- 1 tsp salt
Garnish:
- roasted peanuts
- cashew nuts
- Quaker oats
Fruits:
Starfruit, pineapples, mangoes, jambu, turnip, pomegranates.
Procedure
1. Pound 4 chili padi with 1 tbsp oats and 1 tsp salt
2. Add 2 tbsp roasted peanuts and pound
3. Add 1 tsp roasted belacan
4. Add 2 tbsp Gula melaka
5. Add 2 tbsp asam jawa
6. Lastly add 2 raw bananas
Garnish with roasted peanuts, cashew nuts and oats to the fruits.
Fruits: jumbu, mango, pineapples, turnips, pomegranate.
I'm using the mortar to pound.
