Ingredients
- 200g Oat
- 1 Potato
- 1 Onion
- 3 Green chilis
- 1/2 inch Ginger
- 1/2 cup Coriander
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 2 tsp Tamarind & chili sauce (for decoration)
Procedure
1. Soak oat in warm water in a bowl
2. Grate a potato and add in the bowl
3. Chop onion, green chili & ginger and add them in the oats
4. Add cumin powder & salt for taste
5. Formed it as cutlet and shallow fry them in hot oil on a pan
6. Sear them on both the sides until golden brown
7. Serve the Oat Cutlet with tamarind & chili sauce
