Oatmeal Dashi Tea rice - porridge
Ingredients

- 30g of Quaker instant oatmeal or whole oats (preferable)

- Fish extract

- Any fish with Sashimi grade (tuna, salmon are also great)

- hot water

- Wasabi, if you want

Procedure

1. Put oat meal on the bottom of soup dish

2. Add fish extract

3. Add on fish and Wasabi

4. Add hot water on the top of fish (be careful for hot water)

This recipe is for Japanese who are not so familiar with oat meal esp. oat meal with milk.
