Ingredients
Make 10 oatmeal Jammies
- 1/2 cup flour
- 35g instant oatmeal
- 27g sugar
- 15g brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 62g unsalted butter room temp
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 10tsp raspberry jam room temp
Procedure
1. Blend flour, oats, sugar, baking powder and salt
2. Add in melted butter and vanilla essence and pulse till crumbly
3. Spray cookie/muffin tray with oil
4. Put 1 tbsp of mixture into try and press down
5. Scoop 1tsp of jam into the centre
6. Scatter remaining mixture around edges and press down lightly
7. Air fry at 170degrees for 12mins until golden brown and bubbling jam8. Cool it before serving
