Ingredients
- Egg 1 (beaten)
- Unsalted butter 50g (let it soft in room temperature)
- Sugar 80g
- Cake flour 150g
- Baking powder 1tsp
- Oats 30g
- Cranberry 30g
- Vanilla Extract to taste.
Procedure
1. Preheat the oven at 160 Celsius degrees.
2. Prepare the dough: Sift cake flour and baking powder into a bowl then add all remaining ingredients in and stir well to combine.
3. Use a spoon to scoop the dough one by one to a parchment paper-lined baking tray.
4. Bake for 20 minutes in 160 Celsius degrees.
