Ingredients
Ingredients for Quaker Oatmeal Porridge:
- 1 serving: 0.5 cup of Quaker instant oatmeal
- 1 - 2 tbsp of miso paste (adjust accordingly to personal taste preference)
- 4 tbsp of tuna flakes with chili
- 250 ml of boiling water
Toppings:
- Soft boiled egg
- Stir-fried shiitake mushrooms
- Bonito flakes
- White sesame seeds
- Japanese leeks
Procedure
1. Prepare the soft boiled egg. Put a refrigerated egg into the air fryer, set the temperature at 100 deg/c for 10 minutes.
2. Stir fry shiitake mushrooms with some oil, salt and pepper.
3. Place Quaker instant oatmeal, miso paste, tuna flakes with chili into a bowl. Pour 250 ml of boiling water into the above ingredients and mix well.
4. Add the toppings to the oatmeal porridge.
