Quaker Oatly Sweet Potato Buns
- 60 g of Quaker Instant Oats
- 300 g of all-purpose flour
- 6 g of dry yeast
- 150 g of steamed and mashed purple sweet potato
- 200 ml of soya bean milk (room temperature)
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp of virgin coconut oil
1. Place oats, flour, dry yeast, mashed sweet potato, soya bean milk, egg and salt into the mixer bowl. Use the dough hook and adjust the electric mixer speed to medium. Incorporate the ingredients into a dough.
2. Add coconut oil and mix for another 5 minutes.
3. Cover the mixer bowl with a tower and leave the dough for 1 hour.
4. Grease the baking pans.
5. Divide the dough into 9 portions and place them inside the baking pans.
6. Leave the doughs inside the baking pans for another 45 mins.
7. Preheat the oven at 190 degree Celsius for 10 mins.
8. Bake the buns for 16 to 18 mins.
9. Let the buns cool down before serving.
