Ingredients
- 2 tablespoonful of Quaker Quick Cook Oats
- 180ml of water
- Broccoli florets (sliced into bite-sized pieces)
- Shiitake mushroom (sliced)
- Salmon (sliced & marinated with teriyaki sauce)
Procedure
1) Boil the water with Quaker Quick Cook Oats.
2) When boiled, put in mushroom, followed by salmon & broccoli.
3) Once salmon & broccoli are cooked, ready to serve it.
4) Sprinkle some sesame oil, pepper & spring onion over it.
