Super easy 3 in 1 oat and chicken recipes
Ingredients

- 300 gr minced chicken

- 3 tbs quaker instant oatmeal

- 1 egg

- 1tsp salt

- 1tsp ikan bilis stock (optional)

- 1tsp sesame oil

- chicken ball soup: add veges to your liking and chicken stock

- yong tofu: beancurd puff, red and green chili, tofu

- satay: satay stick

Procedure

1. In a bowl mixed minced chicken, quaker instant oat, egg, salt, ikan bilis stock, sesame oil.

2. For yong tofu, Put in the paste in beancurd puff, chilis and tofu. Then panfry until cooked.

3. For satay, just put the paste on the stick and pan fry until cooked.

4. For chicken ball soup (kids favourite), just pan fry the chicken ball or boil in the soup. Add any veges you like.  

5. Enjoy!
