Egg crepe with oats
Ingredients

Ingredients 

- 2 eggs 

- 15g to 20g of Quaker rolled oats .

- Pepper or mixed herbs (optional) 

Toppings 

- Kiwis or any other preferred fresh fruits 

- 1 tomatoes 

- some cucumber slices 

 

 

Procedure
  1. Mix the Quaker rolled oats , pepper or mixed herbs  to the  egg  , whisk the mixture for 2 minutes. 

     
  2. Pour into the hot frying pan . Flip when it looks like it's not wet on bottom .

     
  3. Once nothing sides are cooked , filled with your favorite crepe toppings,  like Kiwis,  tomatoes,  cucumber or whipped cream ( optional)
