Goji berries oats buns

Ingredients
- Pau flour 225g
- Gojiberries 40g ( soaked, blended and sift)
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 150g warm water
- 25g instant oats
- 30g sugar
- 15g corn oil
Procedure
1) Combine all ingredients n knead till smooth.
2) Mix goji berries paste into dough and proof for 15mins.
3) Divide the dough 15g each and roll into 12 mini round ball.
4) Roll 5 mini ball into flattened round shape, then overlapping each other and roll it from left to right. Cut it in the middle to get 2 rose shape dough. Do the same for the rest. Should get 12 roses dough in total.
4) Let it proof for another 15mins or till double size.
5) Steam buns in hight heat for 12mins and turn off the heat, leave the buns inside for 3mins before removing from the steamer.
