OAT-spicious Steamed Cabbage Roll with Chicken & Quaker Oat

Ingredients
Ingredients :
- 150g of minced Chicken
-10 leaves cabbage (remove hard part of the root)
-1 carrot diced
-3 mushroom chopped finely
-1 Tsp minced garlic
-1 Tsp minced onion
-1 Tsp chopped spring onion
-1 Tbsp soya sauce
-1 Tbsp sesame oil
-3 Tbsp Quaker oat
Seasoning :
-1 Tsp Oyster sauce
-1 Tsp wolf berries
-1 Tsp corn flour solution
Procedure
Methods :
- blanch cabbage in boiling water for a min and set aside
- marinate minced chicken with soya sauce and sesame oil
- mix carrot, mushroom, garlic, onion, spring onion and oat into marinated chicken
- let it sit for at least 30mins
- take a small portion of filling onto the cabbage to wrap it up
- transfer to a steaming plate and steam over high heat for 5-8mins
- drain the cabbage roll and put onto a serving plate
- keep the steaming sauce and heat it, mix in oyster sauce, corn flour solution and wolf berries
- drizzle the sauce over the cabbage roll and serve
This dish will be a healthier and oat-picious choice during CNY.
