Oaty Almond Cappuccino

Ingredients
- 50g Quaker Quickcook Oatmeal
- 30g raw almonds, soaked overnight
- 500ml water
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 shots of espresso
Procedure
- Add the almonds, oatmeal, water and salt into a blender and blend until creamy, around 1 minute
- Strain mixture using a nut milk bag or thin dish towel
- Heat the oat almond milk over a sauce pan until steaming and froth with a hand frother
- Prepare the 2 espresso shots and add the frothed milk
