Chicken Corn Soup

Ingredients
- 3/4 cuip Quaker Whole Rolled Oats/ Quick Cook Oatmeal
- 2 and 1/4 cups Water
- 200g Chicken fillet, finely minced
- 1 Small carrot, diced
- 1 Fresh corn, cut into rings or remove kernels
- 1/2 tsp Ground white pepper
- 1 tsp Chicken seasoning or salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Spring onions, chopped
Procedure
1. In a pot bring half amount of water to boil. Add in Quaker Whole Rolled Oats/ Quick Cook Oatmeal, stir and cook over medium heat.
2. Add in remaining water and minced chicken to cook with the oats. Bring it to a boil.
3. Put in carrots, corn and cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until carrots are tender. Season with white pepper, chicken seasoning or salt to taste.
4. Lastly add in spring onions and turn off heat.
