Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

- 250g Butter

- 180g Soft brown sugar

- 100g Caster sugar

- 3 tsp Vanilla essence

- 2 Eggs (Grade B)

- 300g wheat flour

- 1 and 1/2 tsp Baking powder

- 250g Quaker Quick Cook Oatmeal/ Whole Rolled Oats, finely given

Procedure

1. Sieve wheat flour with baking powder. Add in finely ground Quaker Quick Cook Oatmeal/ Whole Rolled Oats, chocolate chips and salt. Mix well.

2. Beat butter, soft brown sugar, caster sugar and vanilla essence until light and fluffy. Add in eggs and beat for 1 minute.

3. Fold in combined flour and mix well.

4. Roll the dough into small balls and flatten them slightly. Place them on a baking trap lightly greased with butter.

5. Bake in preheated oven at 160°C for 20-25 minutes.
