Fruits n' Oats Parfait

Ingredients

- 8 tbsp Quaker® Instant, Quick or Rolled Oats

- 1/4 cup soymilk or almond milk

- 1/4 cup carabao milk Greek yogurt (vegan option: coco yogurt)

- 1/4 cup bananas, chopped

- 1/4 cup fresh pineapples, chopped

- 1/4 cup apples with skin, chopped

- 1/2 tbsp coco sugar or 1 sachet Stevia

- 1/2 tbsp chopped walnuts

- 3 pcs mint leaves

Procedure

1. Soak oats in nutmilk overnight.

2. Mix coco sugar or stevia with yogurt. Alternately layer fruits, oats, nuts, and yogurt in a mason jar or tall glass. Garnish with mint leaves
