Good Morning Granola

Ingredients

- 3 and 1/2 cup Quaker Whole Rolled Oats/ Quick Cook Oatmeal

- 4 tbsp Honey

- 3 and 1/2 tsp Unsaturated margarine, melted

- 1 tsp Vanilla essence

- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder

- 1/2 cup Pecans, coarsely chopped

- 1/2 tsp Salt

- 7 tbsp Dried mixed fruit

Procedure

1. Preheat and oven to 180°C.

2. Combine all the ingredients except dried fruit in a large bowl.

3. Spread ingredients on a 15" x 10" jelly roll pan and bake for 30 minutes or until the oat mixture turns golden brown, stirring every 10 minutes.

4. Let the oat mixture cool and mix in the dried fruits.

5. Store the mixture in an airtight container at room temperature. Enjoy it every morning.
