Herb Oat Mug Bread

Ingredients

- 8 tbsp Quaker® Instant or Quick Cook Oats

- 1/2 tsp baking powder

- 1/8 tsp fine sea salt

- Dash of black pepper

- 1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves

- 1/2 tsp dried basil leaves

- 1/4 tsp black sesame seeds

- 1/4 cup soymilk or almond milk

- 1 egg white

- 1/2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Procedure

1. In a container, mix oats, baking powder, herbs, and sesame seeds. Set aside.

2. In a large mouth microwaveable mug, vigorously whisk together nutmilk, egg white, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add in the oats mixture and mix thoroughly.

3. Microwave on high for 1:45 sec to 2 min. Slice and serve warm with your favorite heart healthy nut butter or plant-based butter
