Oat-Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
- 5 tbsp Quaker Instant Oatmeal, blend to a powder
- 4 large Strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup Cranberry or grape juice
- 1 small tub (140g) Strawberry flavoured non-fat yogurt
- 1 tsp Sugar or sweentener to taste
Procedure
1. Add oats, strawberries, fruit juice, yogurt, sugar or sweetener and few cubes of ice into a blender.
2. Blend the mixture well.
3. Pour out into 2 glasses and serve.
