Oat Murtabak

Ingredients
- ½ cup of Quaker Whole Oats or Quick Cook Oats
- 1 tablespoon of milk
- 1 whole egg, whisked
- 1 egg white
- 1 tablespoon of chopped tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon of chopped onions
- 1 tablespoon of chopped coriander
- 1/8 teaspoon of salt
- ¼ teaspoon of black pepper powder
- ¼ teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- A squeeze of lemon juice
- Turkey ham or canned tuna (optional)
Procedure
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, milk and oats and set aside for at least 5 minutes.
2. Add all vegetables and spices to the mixture.
3. On a pan, heat up the olive oil and then add in the egg mixture.
4. After 3 minutes, flip the murtabak to the other side.
5. Drizzle the lemon juice before serving.
