Ingredients
- 8 tbsp Quaker® Instant Oats
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup nut milk - soy, almond, coconut, pili, hazelnut or macadamia milk
- 1 tsp raw pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp almond flakes
- 1 tsp walnuts, chopped
- 1 tsp dried cranberries
- 1 tsp dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut flakes - 1/8 tsp sea salt
Procedure
1. In a microwaveable bowl, mix oats, water, nut milk and salt.
2. Microwave on high for 30-45 seconds. Let cool.
3. Top with pumpkin seeds, almonds, walnuts, chocolate chips, dried cranberries and coconut flakes.
