Pina Oats Colada

Ingredients

- 8 tbsp Quaker® Quick Cook or Rolled Oats

- 1/2 cup Pineapple Juice

- 1/4 cup coconut cream or “gata”

- 2 tsp coco sugar

- 1/8 tsp fine sea salt

- 1/4 cup fresh pineapple, chopped

- 1 tbsp coco yogurt or carabao yogurt

- 1/2 tbsp nuts (walnuts, almonds, pecan, pili)

Procedure

1. In a tall glass, whisk vigorously the pineapple juice, coconut cream, coco sugar, and salt.

2. Add oats and soak overnight.

3. Top with fresh pineapple, yogurt, and nuts. Serve.
