Sesame Coco Oats N Mango

Ingredients

- 8 tbsp Quaker® Oats

- Quick Cook or Rolled

- 1/2 cup chopped mango, divided into 2 parts

- 1/2 cup water

- 1/2 cup nut milk - soy, almond, coconut, pili, hazelnut or macadamia milk

- 1/8 tsp sea salt

- 1 tbsp shredded coconut or flakes

- 1/2 tbsp black sesame seeds

Procedure

1. In a microwave safe bowl, combine oats, 1/4 cup mango, nut milk, water and salt.

2. Microwave on high for 1.5 – 2 minutes for quick oats or 2.5-3 minutes for rolled oats. Let stand.

3. Top with remaining mango, coconut, and sesame seeds.
