Ingredients
- 8 tbsp Quaker® Quick Cook Oats
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup nut milk
- soy, almond, coconut, pili, hazelnut or macadamia milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp Tinapa (smoked fish) flakes
Procedure
1. Place oats, water, nut milk, and smoked fish in a microwave safe bowl. Mix thoroughly.
2. Make a well in the center and pour egg.
3. Microwave on high for 2-2.5 minutes. Let stand.
