Ingredients
- 8 tbsp Quaker® Instant, Quick or Rolled Oats
- 3/4 cup soymilk or coconut milk
- 1/8 tsp fine sea salt
- 1 tbsp raisins
- 1 1/4 cup coco yogurt
- 1/2 tbsp coco sugar or 1 sachet Stevia
- 1/4 cup banana, sliced
- 1/4 cup mango, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
- 1/4 cup papaya cut into bite sized pieces
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 1/8 tsp black sesame seeds
Procedure
1. In a mason jar or tall glass, soak oats in coconut milk overnight.
2. Add fruits and raisins. Season with salt. Mix well.
3. In a separate container, mix yoghurt and coco sugar or Stevia. Spoon on top of oat mix.
4. Top with coconut flakes then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
