Apple Cinnamon Oats Pancakes
Ingredients

- 55g Quaker Quick Cook Oats

- 1 egg

- 1 apple

- 3 tablespoon butter

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder



Garnish:

- 3 apple slices

- 1 tablespoon walnuts

- 1 tablespoon honey

- A sprinkle of cinnamon powder

Procedure

1. Add oats to a blender and grind until they become fine flour consistency. Then, mix in the cinnamon powder. This will be our dry mixture.  

2. Add egg and apple to a blender and grind for about 2 minutes until smooth.

3. Add vanilla extract to the blended eggs and apple. This will be our wet mixture.

4. Combine both dry and wet mixture together and mix well until there are no lumps.

5. Heat a pan on low heat and lightly grease with butter. Add a scoop of the batter.

6. Once bubbles start to form on the surface, flip over and cook the other side until golden, then remove from pan.

7. Repeat until batter is used up.  

8. Garnish with apples slices and honey, along with a sprinkle of cinnamon powder and walnut. Serve hot.
