Banana Flex
Ingredients

- 4 tablespoon of quaker oats

- ½ cup milk

- 3 tablespoon of greek yogurt

- 1 tablespoon flex seeds (optional chia seeds)

- ½ tablespoon of peanut better

- Sliced bananas, nuts and dried fruits for toppings

Procedure

1. Place oats,milk, flex seeds, peanut butter, yogurt in a jar and cover with a lid.

2. Place in the refrigerator overnight

3. Add toppings before serving for the crunch

4. Stir and enjoy! Thin with more milk depending on preference
