No-Bake Double Chocolate Quaker Bites
Ingredients
  • 100g Quaker oats
  • 4pcs of Rice crackers (want want senbei) crush it into small pcs
  • 2tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 10g Ground Flaxseed
  • 50g Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter.
  • 50g Chocolate Bar.
  • 30g Chocolate Powder.
Procedure
  1. Combine all the ingredients together in a large bowl, mix until well-combined.
  2. Roll small amounts in your hands, drop rounded tablespoonful-sized portions onto a clip-on container. 
  3. I used my cookie scoop and then rolled the scooped portion out between my palms.
  4. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  5. Double boil the chocolate, keep aside till slightly warm.
  6. Coat the granola ball, make sure is full coated.
  7. Second coat with chocolate powder.
  8. At this point you can serve them or combine the chilled granola bites in a large tupperware-type container or ziploc bags to refrigerate.
