Quaker Oatmeal Cake

1. Whisk egg yolk, oil, milk till mixture is completely combined. Add in flour and oatmeal stir well to mix. Set aside.

2. In clean bowl, beat egg white till bubbles form add in lemon juice. Continue beating than add in sugar beat till soft peaks form.

3. Fold in egg white into egg mixture with a spatula. Mix well till egg white are fully incorporated.  

4. Bake in preheated oven 160deg c for 50 mins.

5. Invert and let cool completely before unmolding.

6. Whip cream for decoration + 15g Quaker instant oatmeal mix with melted butter.
