Quaker instant Oatmeal chiffon cake
Ingredients

- 2 egg yolk

- 30ml corn oil

- 30ml milk

- 50g Top flour

- 20g Instant oatmeal  

- 2 egg white  

- 40g caster sugar

- 1/4 cream of tartar

Procedure

1. Mix egg yolk, oil and milk well. After which add flour and lastly add oatmeal. Set aside (A)

2. Whisk egg white till bubbles form then add cream of tartar, sugar beat till soft peaks form (B)  

3. Mix A and B together  

4. Bake in oven for 40 minutes in 150 deg
