Banana infused stovetop with grapes and berries fruits
- 45g oats - 1/2 cup - 158 kcal
- 10g - 1 tbsp chia- 45 kcal
- 235 ml - 1 cup almond milk -56 kcal
- 21g - 1 Tbsp honey - 72 kcal
- 2g - 1/2 tsp vanilla flavour
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 large banana (preferably ripe banana) - half for mashing another half for topping - 134g - 120 kcal
1. mix all ingredients in a saucepan
2. bring to boil (stir occasionally)
3. once starts boiling, bring to simmer/reduce to low heat (keep on stirring till desired thickness) - around 9-10mins
4. put the rest of the half banana as topping and other fruits choices to your liking (I am using blueberries, strawberries and green grapes) - to keep you fuller longer and nutritious
Note: banana is compulsory ingredients as it enhanced the flavour of sweetness, if you love banana do add another banana bread crumbs. It’ll be super delicious but do look out for your calories
