Creamy Coconut-Infused Quaker Oatmeal with Cranberries

Ingredients
- 2 Cup Quaker Instant/ Quick Cook Oatmeal
- 2 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup cranberries, dried
- 2 ounce coconut flakes
Procedure
1. Add coconut milk to saucepan and bring to a boil.
2. Add Quaker oatmeal, honey and cranberries and cook stir occasionally until oatmeal have absorbed most of the liquid.
3. Divide into 6 bowls and sprinkle with coconut, and it is ready to be serve!
