Ingredients
- 290g Bread flour
- 10g Quaker quick oats
- 30g Sugar
- 5g Yeast
- 3g Salt
- 210ml Water
- 30g Butter
Procedure
1. Mix all ingredients except salt and butter. Mix for 5 mins till dough forms.
2. Add in salt and butter.
3. Hand knead for 20-25mins. Knead till window pane.
4. Proof dough for 60mins or till double the size of the dough.
5. Degas.
6. Divide into 8 portions. Roll them and place them in the tray.
7. Proof for 30mins.
8. Lightly egg wash. Sprinkle the oats on the roll.
9. Bake at 180 degrees for about 20mins till golden brown.
