Fry Oat noodles
Ingredients

Ingredient A

- 7 tbsp Quaker Instant Oatmeals

- 6 tbsp Plain Flour

- 2 Eggs

- 1 tsp Salt

- 1 tsp Black Sesame Powder

- 2 tbsp Water

Ingredient B

- 1 piece Taufu (Fried until crispy)

- 2 cloves Garlic (chop to small)

- 1 Onion (cut to small)

- 50g Mince Pork

- 1/2 cup Bean Sprout

- 1/3 cup Choy Sum

- Few Chili (optional if you like spicy)  

Ingredient C ( mix all together)

- 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce

- 1 tbsp Soya Sauce

- 1 tbsp Fish Sauce

- 1/2 tsp salt

Procedure

1. Blend Ingredients A with Bladder until it become dough. Leave it for 15 mins.

2. Use Noodles Maker to process item 1 become noodles.

3. Put the Noodles into boiling water unit it cook (float on the water). Take it out and quick soak in the cold water then drain off.

4. Fry Onion and Garlic with oil in the heating pan until fragrance then add in Minced Meat, Taufu and Choy Sum.

5. Add noodles and continue fry for 5 mins.

6. Add Ingredient C, beansprout and chili continue fry for 5 mins.

7. Ready to serve.
