Hearty Huai Sang Soup

Ingredients
Portion Size (6-8 servings)
- 1 Pork bone (big)
- 200g-250g Huai Sang
- 1/2 cup Lotus seed
- 2 tbsp Rolled oats
- 5 Dried longan
- 1 Slice of ginger 0.4cm thick
- 5 pcs Yu zhu
- 1 Red date
- 1 tbsp Dried goji berries
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2.5l Water
Procedure
- Blanch pork bone by placing it into a pot of cold water and bring to boil. Let boil for 5 minutes for impurities to surface. Discard water and rinse the bone.
- Place bone and all ingredients except salt into a pot.
- Boil for 1.5 hour and then season with salt.
- Serve soup with some ingredients.
