Healthy Oats Sliced Noodles
- 150g sliced noodles
- 2 eggs
- Quaker instant oat - 2 tablespoons
- 1 teaspoon of melted butter
- Cucumber - diced
- Bean sprouts
- Tomato - sliced
- Canola oil -1 tablespoon
- Ketchup - Half Tablespoon
- Chilli paste - 1 Tablespoon
- Onion - Half, sliced
- Sugar - 2 teaspoon
- Pinch of Salt
1. Add 1 tbsp of oil into a wok and fry the eggs. Add in onion, melted butter, oats, chilli paste, bean sprouts. Stir fry. Add in half cup of water to let it boil.
2. Turn heat to medium. Place noodle in and stir well for 5 mins. Add in ketchup, diced cucumber and sliced tomatoes. Stir fry for 3 to 5 mins. Add water if necessary.
3. Add in sugar, soya sauce to taste. Continue to stir fry for 5 mins.
4. Remove from heat and the dish is ready to serve.
5. Garnish the dish with oats and cucumber.
