Quaker Curry Tomato Pancake with Leeks
Ingredients

- ¼ cup of Quaker instant oatmeal

- ½ cup of plain flour 2 tsp of Japanese curry powder

- ½ tsp of cumin powder  

- 1.5 cup of water

- 1 tomato, diced

- Some sliced leeks

- Oil

- ¼ cup of honey

- Greek yoghurt

Procedure

1. Mix oatmeal, plain flour, curry powder, cumin powder, tomato, leeks, and water together.

2. Pan-fry the above mixture with some oil.

3. Serve with honey Greek yoghurt.
