Dragon Stovetop rolled oats with peanut butter
- 45g or 1/2 cup rolled oats - 158 kcal
- 10g - 1 tbsp chia seeds - 45 kcal (optional)
- 235 ml - 1 cup almond milk -56 kcal
- 21g - 1 Tbsp honey - 72 kcal
- 1/2 tsp vanilla flavour
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 dragon fruit 10g of peanut butter - 72 kcal
Estimates of this healthy meal calories is 647 kcal.
1. mix all ingredients on the saucepan
2. turn on the heat to medium high heat till it starts to boil (stir it occasionally)
3. once boils quickly turn the heat to low and simmer it for around 4-5 minutes (keep stirring occasionally till the desired thickness/creaminess)
4. if you want fluffier result you can top with another 1/4 cup of almond milk
5. toppings are optional, for this recipe I am using dragon fruits drizzled with peanut butter
