Dark Chocolate PB Pancakes
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 cup Quaker Oats

- 2 teaspoons baking powder

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1.5 cups fat-free milk

- 4 tablespoon dark chocolate peanut butter

- 1 egg, lightly beaten

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Procedure

1. In large bowl, combine flour, oats, baking powder and salt; mix well.  

2. In separate medium bowl, combine milk, egg and oil; blend well.  

3. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients all at once; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened (do not over mix).  

4. Add peanut butter; mix gently.  

5. Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly grease skillet.  

6. For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter into hot skillet.  

7. Turn when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked.  Turn only once. Serve & enjoy!
