Easy Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
- 180g Plain Flour
- 40g Quaker Quick Cook Oatmeal
- 2 Tablespoons Caster Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 295 ml Milk
- 1 Egg
- 4 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Extra Quaker Quick Cook Oatmeal for Pancake Topping
Procedure
- Whisk dry ingredients together.
- Melt butter and warm milk (use microwave).
- Whisk wet ingredients together.
- Combine the dry and wet ingredients.
- Sprinkle some quick cook oatmeal onto pan and pour batter. Cook on a preheated non-stick pan greased with butter.
- Sandwich with peanut butter or pair with maple syrup.
