Kim-Cheese Egg Savoury Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
Pancakes:
- 1/3 cup of Quaker quick cook oats
- 2/3 cup of water
- 1/2 teaspoon of chicken stock
- 1/3 of an egg (~15g)
- 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
Toppings:
- Scrambled Eggs
- Cheese
- Kimchi
Procedure
- In a bowl, whisk together the oats, water, chicken stock, egg and baking powder.
- Grease an egg frying pan with butter and heat it on medium-high heat. Once butter starts to sizzle, pour half of the batter into the pan and turn the heat to low heat.
- Let it cook for 2 minutes on one side (or until you see some small bubble forming on the pancake). Flip the pancake and cook the other side for 1 minute. The pancake should be slightly brown on both sides.
- Stack the pancakes.
- Scramble some eggs and place it on top of the pancakes, along with a slice of cheese and some kimchi.
- Enjoy your meal!
