Healthy chicken sandwich with oats
Ingredients

Ingredients 

  • Few slices of bread or bun 
  • 200 gram of  ground chicken 
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats 
  • 1egg, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper 

 

Patties Garnish 

  • Lettuces or tomatoes slices 
  • Sauce up to individual preference eg thousand island or honey mustard . 
  • Pepper, freshly ground, to taste

 

Procedure

Step 1 : Put the ground chicken, rolled oats, salt , pepper and egg in a bowl and mix well . 

Step 2: Shape into patties 

Step 3 : Put the patties in a cooking pan , cook the patties in the oil over medium-high heat for 5 to 8 minutes on each side. 

Step 4 : Place one patty and then lettuce or tomatoes on each bread and add sauce .
