Ingredients
- Few slices of bread or bun
- 200 gram of ground chicken
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1egg, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper
Patties Garnish
- Lettuces or tomatoes slices
- Sauce up to individual preference eg thousand island or honey mustard .
- Pepper, freshly ground, to taste
Procedure
Step 1 : Put the ground chicken, rolled oats, salt , pepper and egg in a bowl and mix well .
Step 2: Shape into patties
Step 3 : Put the patties in a cooking pan , cook the patties in the oil over medium-high heat for 5 to 8 minutes on each side.
Step 4 : Place one patty and then lettuce or tomatoes on each bread and add sauce .
