Ingredients
Ingredients :
- 360ml water
- 60g corn flour
- 120g rice flour
- 2 Tbsp grind oat
- 1 Tsp salt
- 6 shrimps, chop into small pieces
- Some chopped spring onion
Sauce :
- 120ml water
- 1.5 Tbsp soya sauce
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
Serving :
- Sesame seeds
- Chopped spring onion
- Fried onion
Procedure
Methods :
^mix rice flour, corn flour, grind oat, spring onion and salt
^ stir well
^ brush a thin layer of cooking oil on a metal tray
^ pour a thin layer of flour mixture evenly and thinly on the metal tray
^ add shrimp onto the flour mixture
^ steam for 2 mins
^ use a dough scraper and scrap the steamed flour mixture and roll it
^ mix and stir the sauce ingredients
^ pour the sauce over the OAT-some Chee Cheong Fun
^ serve with sesame seeds, spring onions and fried onion
Hard to say no to such a easy and OAT-some Dim Sum breakfast.
