Healthy Rainbow Oatmeal
Ingredients
  • 4 tablespoon Quaker Instant Oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon chia seed
  • 3/4 cup hot water 
  • 1 small peach
  • 1/4 cup of blueberries
  • A handful pumpkin seed
  • A dash of cinnamon powder

 

Procedure

1. Add Quaker Instant Oatmeal and chia seed into a bowl/plate

2. Add 3/4 cup of hot water. Stir well.

3. Cut peach into slices and add into oatmeal bowl.

4. Add blueberries. 

5. Add pumpkin seed.

6. Add cinnamon powder.

7. Enjoy your Healthy Rainbow Oatmeal!
