Chocolate Mint Oatmeal
Ingredients

- ½ cup Quaker oats  

- ½ tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder  

- ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk  

- 1 teaspoon chia seeds  

- ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract  

- ⅛ teaspoon peppermint extract

- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup  

- 3 strawberries  

- small pinch of salt

Procedure

1. Mix together the Quaker oats and unsweetened cocoa powder.  

2. Add the coconut milk, chia seeds, vanilla extract, peppermint extract, pure maple syrup, and salt.

3. Stir until all the ingredients are combined.

4. Store overnight in the refrigerator.

5. Next day give it a stir and add a little more coconut milk or maple syrup if needed.  

6. Sprinkle chocolate chips and strawberries on and serve.
