Masala Oats
Ingredients
  • Quaker oats - 100 grams
  • Small onion - 1
  • Cherry tomato - 2
  • Chilli - 1/2 to 1
  • Carrot - 1/4
  • Potato - 1/4
  • French beans - 2
  • A pinch of turmeric, cumin, black pepper and salt
  • Olive oil - 1 tsp
  • Coriander for seasoning
  • Water - 150 ml
  • Milk - 50 ml

* You may add any other vegetables like cauliflower, baby corn.

Procedure
  1. Heat olive oil in a sauce pan, saute the onion, tomato, chilli and fry until it cooks.
  2. Add turmeric, cumin, black pepper and salt.
  3. Then add carrot, potato and beans.
  4. Add water and bring it to boil until the vegetables get cooked.
  5. Then lower the flame and add the oats.
  6. Mix well to avoid lumps and add milk.
  7. Stir for another 1 minute and sprinkle some coriander leaves before serving.

That's all, delicious masala oats is ready to eat.
