Healthy Oatmeal Breakfast
Ingredients
  • 3 tsp(15g) Quick Cook Oatmeal
  • 3 tsp(15g) Whole Rolled Oats
  • 1 tsp(5g) Organic Chia Seeds
  • 125 ml Cold Boiled Water
  • 3g Wolfberry (washed)
  • 3 tbsp (25g) Nestle omega Plus ActiCol Milk Powder
  • 1tbsp (10g) Good Lady 22 Complete Nutrimix (Optional)
  • 150ml - 170ml Hot Water

 

Procedure

1) Mix oatmeal, rolled oats and chia seeds in a mug.

2) Add in cold boiled water and wolfberry, stir well. Cover and leave aside for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.

3) Remove the cover, add in milk powder and Nutrimix, mix until smooth.

4) Add in hot water, mix well and served.
